From Colon Cancer With Systemic FOLFOX6
This trial is for patients diagnosed with colorectal cancer that has spread (metastasized) to the liver who have not yet started any treatment or are at least one month out from any treatment for stage III colorectal cancer or are at least one year out from treatment for stage IV colorectal cancer. This study is an FDA approved national trial with multiple sites throughout the US enrolling patients. It compares standard chemotherapy treatment versus a combination of standard chemotherapy treatment and chemoembolization of liver tumors. This is a national trial with multiple sites for patients with painful spinal compression fractures. This study compares treatment of the fracture with balloon Kyphoplasty versus treatment with the Kiva System.
